IPA-Center Esbjerg - House rules:

CLEANING:

Prepare the house for cleaning.

Sweep the floor in the great hall and dining room. Tables and chairs are placed as they were on arrival.

Droppings on carpets must be removed, and the floor vacuumed if neccesary.

In the kitchen, dishes must be washed, and everything must be put in place. Stove and kitchen table are wiped off.

Refrigerator and freezer are emptied and shut off, and the doors are left open.

Sheets are removed and pillows/quilts are folded and placed on the bed. Used sheets are put on the floor in the washing room, behind the kitchen.

Cleansers are found by the washing machine. Vacuum cleaners are found in the washing room, in the closet under the staircase, and in the cupboard at the end of the hallway.

Fuses are located in the closet in the hallway by room 3, and in the basement against the heat installations

Rental Conditions:

Rental Conditions for the IPA Centre Rental prices for facilities appears from the price list. Deposit must be paid not later than 8 days after entering the agreement, and the balance not later than 3 months before the first rental date. When establishing the tenancy a deposit of DKK 1.000,- is paid - which is not refunded at a possible cancellation of the rental agreement.

At a cancellation of the rental agreement later than 2 months before the tenancy, the rent is not refunded.

If draught beer is desired, it can be purchased through the centre - beer and soft drinks can also, when ordered in advance, be purchased through the centre. After use of the centre, all rooms must be cleaned up leaving these as they were on arrival at the centre.

Kitchen, scullery and service rooms as well as used tableware are to be cleaned and tableware put in its place. Dishcloths and towels are at your disposal, however, it is recommended to bring it along yourself at bigger events.

Cleansers, which can be found under the tables in the kitchen, can be used. Extra toilet paper and paper towels can be found in the room at the cellar stairs, by the washing machine.

Fuses are found at the meter locker in the corridor at room 3 as well as in the cellar opposite the oil-fired burner. Bed clothes in the rooms are not to be used without bed linen. Should this occur, a cleaning will made at the tenants expense. The tenant is liable for any possible compensation of damaged equipment/ furniture, objects or tableware in the centre, and the expense will be added to the bill. The settling must take place not later than 7 days after the date of the forwarded bill.
